Modifications to RoundCube Email Client -- 2

I want to make some modifications to the RoundCube open source email client.
1. Provide a virtual keyboard on the logon panel so the user can easily type in languages other than English. I am using the [url removed, login to view] in other places, so this will be good to use again.
2. When the user enters the log in, then the user name and password should be converted to punycode first and then sent to the server to match. You may look at the site [url removed, login to view] to see how punycode works. I have some working encoding of punycode javascript so I can help you with this.
3. When the logon is successful, the email ID shown should be the one that was logged on with the non-English language. Say French. The compose email should also show the non-English language. Under the covers, the punycode ID should be used.
4. When composing email, a virtual keyboard (the one used in logon panel) should be provided.
5. The changes to Roundcube should be installed on a server which I will provide.
I will pay a maximum of $150 for these changes.
