Intercom Chat integration with SupportPal API

We are looking for someone to help integrate the Intercom chat solution, with our support ticket system, SupportPal.
The development would require PHP and NodeJS knowledge and extensive experience working with API's. Intercom experience would be preferable.
The apps very basic 'UI' has been built in [login to view URL] so I would prefer the development of the project took place within here also.
The 'app' would appear as a small widget in the 'Intercom Inbox' for agents, allowing them to view existing tickets raised by clients, and also the ability to raise a new ticket.
To make this easier to explain, Intercom has already done this with the ZenDesk system, and we basically want the same functionality but for SupportPal...
