Integrate Stripe with Alipay with Wordpress site

We want to integrate stripe payment gateway to our wordpress site.
It will just be one general payment page. This link will be given to all our customers in an email.
We do not need any shopping cart because we want our customers to key in the amount themselves (similar to how donations work).
Reason being our tour package has many variation, it will be confusing if they were to add to cart themselves. So we want an open field for them to key in the amount.
Before customer makes any payment, we will always email them the amount. In this same email, we will include the website link to this payment page.
So this Stripe payment gateway will allow credit card payment and Alipay payment options.
We need an auto calculation field of a processing/admin fee for using credit card and Alipay.
For Alipay, need to redirect to our site upon payment completion.
Will need to include some fields such as customer name, email and tour code as reference.
Once payment is made, email notification will be sent to us and customer. Customer will receive Stripe generated receipt.
We will also require post project support in the event there’s a bug or any issues with the stripe integration. Will also need it to be easily editable.
E.g. I can change the admin fee amount or remove the admin fee totally on my own without any coding required. I can also add in or remove fields such as customer name, email and tour code. I can edit the email notification content.
