Fix Magento 2 Component Manger (Web Setup Wizard) Extension Error

I am not an expert in Magento 2, however it appears that there is a problem with the [login to view URL] file in our database. Whenever I attempt to update an extension, I get the following error in Check Component Dependency. I believe this should be a quick fix. Please see the attached image.
