Please review the Attachment. I generate a File where i need to not submit duplicate part numbers to a site. I need to Consolidate the Part numbers off of Manufacture + Model + Condition then i need to Sum the QTY. And if QTY is Greater than 10 I want it capped at a QTY 10. So if the sum is 100, move it to QTY 10
I want something created so my client can click a button and get it done.
