Develop agile requirement specification documentation for an E commerce marketplace project. Requires an expert that has a great understanding of eCommerce and technical requirement creation.
* Please read and ensure that you understand what this project entails.
I estimate that it will take approximately 160 hours to complete this project. There will be a briefing of 2 hours on all the current documentation and it is excluded in the total hours.
Documentation includes:
System specification:
Milestone 1 - 2 - 120 test cases per milestone: (80 hours)
- Functional model - estimated use cases 240 - 20 minutes per use case & test case that can be re-used
- Test cases - estimated test cases 240 (can find a way to re-use use cases but an example of all field entities to be provided to be able to perform test scenarios)
Milestone 3: (20 hours - 20 minutes per entity)
- Data model - estimated 60 entities
- Enterprise Resource Diagram (Technical database modeling) - detail entities and attributes, types, etc. - on [url removed, login to view]
Milestone 4: (20 hours - 15 minutes per dialog)
- User interface model - estimated dialogs to draw 80 - on [url removed, login to view]
Milestone 5: (40 hours - 1 day per document) - some research might be required.
- System architecture definition (template available) - There might be some research required.
- Delivery approach definition (template available) - There might be some research required.
- Test concept
- Support concept
- Security concept
Notes:
The concept has been finalized, all use cases has been listed in the overview list, actions on interface model has been defined, some entities and all attributes has been defined. There are also interfaces available but it will have to be redrawn because it is outdated. All folders and most files has been setup. The current framework and concept must be followed.
I will review work and also give minor assistance of 1 to 2 hours per day.
Great writing skills is expected for this project.
