I currently have a java program and would like to build a new one based on the current version with quite a few enhancements. The current version is available and can be shared upon agreement. In addition to adding the current features I would also like the following features added too:

1. Automatic database backup online and locally to usb,

2. Expansion on surgery details field,

3. Search modification and expansion to include search by surgery

4. Adjust 10 day ordering period,

5. Calendar date selection,

6. Select data based on colour code

7. Medication field changed to checklist and colour-coded

8. Notes field carry forward.

9. Various wording adjustments

You will need to be a PHP expert to complete this task.
