Cleanup WordPress site - Urgent

Hey there!
We have some very urgent tasks with a WordPress site, below is what they are. This is a website that is using WordPress with the WPMU Dev membership plugin.
1. Membership Application Form is not correct. It needs all of the fields added to it. It also needs to make sure it is all cleaned up and looks good.
2. The account page needs all of the fields aligned and the page needs cleaned up.
4. We are using Event Espresso for event management. When you go to any of the events that are listed in the calendar. The tickets down at bottom aren't right. Its all unaligned.
5. Throughout the whole site their is like 50px padding below the header.
6. All of the buttons throughout the site, for some reason they are the wrong color of green. We need to change that to be like the login box up top.
8. For some reason when someone registers the site, their practice area is not showing inside the directory
