Build me a website connected to a discord bot

Hey! So I have very little idea about programming but there is a project I want to do. I want a website that when you enter it gives you the option to input a code. Once you input a correct code a discord bot will send a message with a file attached in a server. Then this bot will receive another code in its private messages, which I would want to display on the website.
Before another code can be inputted the website must have a cool down. This cool down should last until the bot receives 6 messages. (Once I see you how it works you'll understand and you can probably think of a better option)
I would also like to be able to add or remove the codes that work on the website, being able to also choose the files and messages sent.
I will host the bot and website in my computer
If this goes well I would like to continue doing business as we could add more options to this bot/website.
