I’m looking for an android and iPhone app which is free to download from the App Store, it will be member based so they need to sign up and pay a yearly fee. This fee gains them access to all parts of the app with no extra costs later on. (Excluding the posting of highlighted adverts, at their choice) and forms a profile where they can add their profile picture and have the chance to be rated by others who have bought or sold them something. This way other people can see how reliable that person is.
There should be 3 parts to the app at the beginning:
1. Buy and Sell - including a search bar, it will have a number of tab options for easily searching for items. Members can post sale adds as many times as they want throughout the year, included in their original membership price. They can pay an extra fee if they would like it to be highlighted or pinned at the top. Members can ‘comment’ on the for sale adverts by other members and they can message each other privately. Ideally using PayPal to ensure secure payments.
