I'm seeking a technical expert to create a fully automated inventory management system that integrates Google Forms and Google Sheets to enhance our weekly ordering process.
Key requirements and tasks include:
- **Google Forms Mastery**: Proficiency in Google Forms is critical as it's our primary tool for collecting inventory numbers. I have a basic form created that may he useful.
- **Google Sheets Integration**: Expertise in Google Sheets is essential. I need to seamlessly import Google Forms responses into a new Google Sheets document each week. I have a sheet that does the min max computation but need the form data to integrate
- **Automation and Scripting**: Ideal candidates will have experience in scripting for Google Apps to automate the import process, ensuring a new sheet is generated weekly without manual intervention.
- **Data Manipulation**: Ability to manipulate data within Google Sheets to compute our weekly order based on pre-defined minimum and maximum product values. The min max data must be editable for seasonal variations and the system should allow us to add new products as needed.
- **Process Repetition**: The solution should be robust enough to be used on a recurring weekly basis without the need for additional setup each time.
- **Efficiency and Accuracy**: The system must be error-free and efficient, reducing manual workload and minimizing the risk of stockouts or overordering.
