AUTO CSV Rephrase Content and FTP Upload

I am after a script to Check folder for a new CSV file Modify Phrasing of Content, Check for Duplicates in Products, Recreate CSV and Upload to FTP, Move original file into /Processed Folder.

Simple Defined section /file where i can Define details for SFTP File Upload Location & Folder location to monitor.
Rephrase "Service" , "Details"& "Amount" Columns.
Modify Details to AU_DID_ if not a 13 or 1800 number, prep-end the total Amount in Cents at end, Modify Details field, IF 61(2,3,7,8)? to 0(2,3,7,8)?. Do not modify Amount Column.

Only Keep Lines with ACC: 8340929 if "61?????????" numbers Not assigned to any other accounts.
