Add City Dropdown and filter base on state for WCFM Ultimate

In my multi vendor woo-commence site, I use WCFM Marketplace with WCFM Ultimate. ([login to view URL])
Our country is address format is Country -> State -> Township(city) and we don't use zip_code. Each state, we have 30 to 50 townships.
For shipping calculator, we want shipping zone by township. But woo-commence default is zip_code.
So I use "Cities Shipping Zones for WooCommerce" plugin.

I have added [login to view URL] file for State and Township mapping list.
It is working fine for cart and check out page. This plugin added state dropdown and city dropdown filter by state.
Normally, woo-commence state is default for few countries and city field is input.
But I still need to add state and city drop down filter in WCFM Marketplace plugin.
Now city field is input and State field dropdown is showing all the cities.
Following are the place we need to add-:
1. Vendor Registration page
2. Vendor Setup (Step)
a. vendor address
b. vendor support address
3. Vendor Dashboard - Setting - Vendor Location
