Looking for C# .Net developer to support price comparison website

Looking for an experienced C# .Net developer for on going support of a price comparison website.
The website runs on C# .Net and MSSQL. The core component is the scraper framework which runs every evening, fetching prices from over 400 online websites.
We are also adding new websites every week so the number of scrapers to support are constantly growing.
We would like to find someone to support this website, mainly the scraper framework. And I estimate this will take up 20-40 hours per week.
We prefer to work with individual freelancers over agencies, and we look for someone who writes clean maintainable code and have passion in their work.
