Create a facebook minigames website

I need to create a websit, it's a very basic html/php site with "minigames". Each of the minigames asks u some questions (such as, what's ur favourite color, what's ur prefered name, and so on), then it grabs some of ur facebook data (profile pic, name) and it generates an image based on those preferences.

It gives each image an ID. Some of the generated images can be used for further users. Imagine the generated image just contains ur favourite color and not your profile pic, if the next user types in the same color choice, it'll just show the already-generated image. It's very basic and simple.

It may involve some pretty basic design skills as the images need to be generated depending on each user's preferences.
