Create a Wordpress [login to view URL] "BLANK page"

I am trying to make an admin page for a plugin in wordpress that does not output anything other then the data I want as output. Basically the page would be called as follows:
[login to view URL]
When you look at the page in the browser there would be no sidebar no topbar, just whatever the contents of the include page generated.
When I say generated, to create the page we include another php page with a hook in the wordpress plugin to be loaded based on the url string variable in "page". So in the example above "page=myblankpage". The include looks like this:
====== Start Code Below =====
add_submenu_page( '', 'My Page Title Here','My Page Name', 'manage_options', 'myblankpage', 'the_function_to_include_myblankpage_php_file' );
function the_function_to_include_myblankpage_php_file()
{
require_once('extrafiles'. DS .'[login to view URL]');
}
====== End Code Above =====
What happens is that Wordpress includes and displays an admin page with the sidebars and headers and whatever the output or contents of '[login to view URL]' that is located in the relative URL of wordpress:
[login to view URL]
What I need is to have wordpress not display the headers, footers, menus, HTML Body Tags nothing... but the contents of '[login to view URL]'.
The reason I want to do this is so that I can submit data from another page to this page and have the result only contain the data, or be able to do a header location redirect, which currently can not be done because when Wordpress creates the headers and footers, it can no longer manipulate the header, you get a Header already sent php error.
There is probably a hook that allows this to be done before anything else is executed, I just don't know what it is and have no time to mess around with it myself.
I have included a screenshot with what I want and what I am getting so you can see visually what I mean.
The first screenshot is named: [login to view URL] and it shows what is happening now.
The second is called [login to view URL] and shows what I want to happen.
PLEASE NOTE: the only data in the file '[login to view URL]' is “YES IT WORKED" so that is all I want in the source of the generated HTML.
If you think you can do this and fast, I mean in an hour or 2 because you know Wordpress, then apply, if not, please don't.
This should be quick for someone who knows what they are doing so please bid accordingly.
