Create a Simple Search Database

This is a multi-part project which presents a huge opportunity to work on a long term partnership.
For a start we will need a simple property search database.
1. Work the database system based on:
[url removed, login to view] and create a simple search interface as per the attached screenshot
I have created a demo database: [url removed, login to view]
2. Point 1 has already been done except that you need to create a
search fields (as illustrated in [url removed, login to view]), auto-completion for the
keywords fields. Note for the keyword search, we need to search Project Name(refer to csv file) for now only, i.e Sophia Residence
3. Create a simple backend to upload the csv file (format as
attached in [url removed, login to view]). Do note that it needs to support batch processing, i.e 100 at a time to prevent system from stalling
Make sure it also checks for duplicated entries during backend upload. There could be a manual error where admin upload the same csv in the same month.
A unique entry is when "Address" and "Sales Date" and/or "Transacted Price" existing in the database (refer to the attached csv).
4. Also for the search, there should be a query string such as
[url removed, login to view]
