I need to convert a HTML theme to Joomla. You must use a template framework like: T3, Gantry or Helix.

The templates must have following features:

1. 5 presets. eCommerce related (We would be using this template for eCommerce)

2. Color combinations chooser.

3. Defined module positions.

4. Compatibility with EasyDiscuss and EasyBlog.

5. Develop any other module/plugin required for this template.
