Change some things in my software

Hello,
Unfortunately my main developer has no time anymore to work on my software, so i have to find another one. I prefer a single man company or sole company.
The software should, as soon as it goes online, send digital keys automatically to the customer. My target customers are companies which sell digital codes, not private persons.
Right now there are few ppen tasks so im able to go live, there will be many many more, so you get 100% a new customer who needs your service pretty often.
1. Change payment site (small changes), picture: [login to view URL]
2. The front page of the admin panel needs a new feature that manages the following tasks:
a) Did the customer connect his paypal account with my software?
b) Did the customer "connect" his website with my software?
c) Did the customer connect his first product on ebay with my software?

4. change the price for my customers to 15cents per transaction, currently its 2.8%.
