CREATE A DROP DOWN FORM TO CREATE NEW PRODUCTS

We need a drop down form building into our page on our website. I have created an example one to help show you the kind of thing we are looking for - see attached 'LINK TO WEBSITE'

These are the drop down options we need, but we would like them going across the page horizontally, rather than vertically.

And each option the drop down needs to have an image & text - not just text like it is at the moment.

see attached 'image of config chart' - these are all the options that need putting per drop down.

Then As people select the different options from the drop down menus, we would like an image / picture to show below. so at the end of choosing their product, there is a complete image of exactly the product they are looking for.

See attached: 'HOSE ASSEMBLY IMAGE EXAMPLES' - These are the what the final images will look like when the hose assembly is fully complete.

Then under the image, the full product code needs to show, so as they are adding an option from the drop down menu, the text in that drop down menu should be added to this new box, and this at the end will create a complete product code for that particular hose assembly.

For example:

Step 1: A

Step 2: 6

Step 3: B

Step 4: *

Step 5: $

Then the hose assembly product code should show like this: 'A6B*$'

once you have understood my request above, i can send you all the relevant text, and all the relevant images to put into the drop down menu tabs.
