Amazon auto listing and categories approval

Hi, I need an Amazon auto listing application or tool that will be integrated to my website which is being developed. I buy products from Amazon (USA) and wish to relist them for sale using my own Amazon seller account. Ideally, the relisting process can be automated without me manually listing the same products which I've bought. My database will contain all the information of the purchased amazon products to be relisted. This will allow the auto listing application to extract all the relevant information needed for relisting.
Another job would be to get my Amazon seller account to be approved for various restricted categories that allow me to sell across categories. Kindly let me know which restricted categories you are able to help get approval.
Please advise on the costs for each or both jobs. Thank you.
