Adding text boxes for adding descriptions to a php image host

I have a free image host called [url removed, login to view] (coded in PHP and uses Zend framework). This job is about
adding 3 text boxes in the website´s admin to allow the webmaster to add a description on 3 pages in the header section. Watch attachment to see where the description will appear in each page.

These boxes can be added to the admin on the settings page or the categories page.
Important: right now the site is 100% compatible with all search engines. Any added codes shall not affect this compatibility.
