What I'm looking for compared to what it is now is a professional, eye-catching, clean and web 2.0 website.
I'd like the users/visitors to stay, browse, and come back. There should be some overall 'theme' and design to fit my website content.

What I'm looking for compared to what it is now is a professional, eye-catching, clean and web 2.0 website.
I'd like the users/visitors to stay, browse, and come back. There should be some overall 'theme' and design to fit my website content.
What I'd like from you would be :
1. Design the main concept for the site. Send me a
jpeg format for approval and several revisions following
that.
2. After approving the main design, you should
slice the photoshop and convert it into valid
SEO css/xhtml files.
3. Build and Design the front-end and back-end of the
site, including:
a. Slideshow on home page coded in Ajax (not
flash , as from search engine optimization
it is better to avoid flash and create
similar 'flash' effect using Ajax)
b. front-end features: users should register
on the site in order to post their own
videos blogs, comment on videos, rating videos,
subscribe to newsletter etc.
4. Front-end: blog integration.
Blog will be same design as the rest of the site
5. Back-end admin: managing website content, blog
pages, site pages, users data, banning users which
does not follow site's rules, videos etc.
6. debugging and testing the site on all major
browsers.
PLUS.....
Site should be coded from SEO point of view, and any page will have a special area in the back-end (admin panel) in which you can easily fill in the fields related to title or meta description/keywords tags.
