Create the php logic for a Real Estate site, with the following requirements:
1. HTML already created and available in [url removed, login to view]
2. Create a MYSQL database to update every night with data from a couple of xml feeds
3. No need for control panel
4. Populate the data from the mysql database into the website
5. Create sections and listings (apartments, villas... by price, by area...)
6. Create a search engine for the properties and developments
7. 2 languages, spanish and english
