560287 form submit problem in wordpress

I have 2 (were working fine) in Wordpress

but without warning they quit working

they call from

and [url removed, login to view]

and are referenced in the WP by "allow php plugin"

in attempt to fix after finding forms dont work

i updated the plugins

still no go

so the forms php needs fixed as well as perhaps the calls in the Wordpress

Or, i dont care if you start over and copy the forms and reprogram a different way to save time

But not any forms work or are embedded properly

so I need them to work

in the wordpress site

They were working but now are not

maybe "allow php in wp" plugin is broken

I can supply ftp and wp admin login

The forms use STMP because host has phpmailer disabled

Please dont list a long list of website you claim to work on

dont have time to check them all

just list your PROGRAMMING experience

This should take approx 2 hours max to work out if you have any talent
