NEED SCRIPT / code that uploads customer pictures

i need to have script/code that allows members to upload their own picture to designated area of a flyer/brochure/ poster and then forms to add printed information regarding picture and then print the poster with their picture and info via their home printer .

They need to be able to do this without saving picture to file/poster... so the next person to come into resource center can do the same thing...

It needs to be very simple - easy enough for computer illiterate person to do... just 1 click to browse their files and find photo and then 1 click to print poster...

I want the printed poster to not have the date and other info at the very top and bottom bottom of the page...

would like it simple simple simple... something I can then cut and paste into next poster I design and it will work the same way... member has to upload their own picture to this poster/flyer and print it with their printer... I want to be able to change poster looks but not funtion...

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
