Modify desktop program. Delphi`

I have a program developed in Delphi (v.7) which needs to have some modifcations? and some? additional? development.

The program works with windows clipboard and operates browsers according to the clipboard content.

I'm looking for an experienced Delphi/PHP coder with the great knowledge:

1. Windows

2. Windows clipboard

3. Mouse gestures relation with clipboard (copy/paste,etc)

4. Windows/clipboard/browser relations

5. extracting or submitting data from/to websites

6. anti-piracy/license registration? function

7. PHP for server side licene code generation operations.

Porject outline:

- license registration process for the program

- Installation function modifcation

- Copy/paste? functions modifcations

- Bug fixing.

And? a bit? more.

The coder must:
