This Project is a web based project that aims to integrate information available on the different departments (7-8) of an organization, each with 15-20 members. Main requirements are listed below:
1. Each people should register via a simple “Registation Page” which asks the following information:
a. Name/Surname
b. E-mail*
c. Password / Password (Re-type)
d. Telephone, etc.
(*) The system should send an activation code to organizational e-mail address so that only intended users are able to register.
2. There should be a facility to handle registered users entrance to the system.
3. CV/Project bank module:
a. Registered users can enter their CV by filling out the form provided by the interface so that that could be displayed on the web page. The typical CV components, include educational background (bachelor degree, master degree, ph.d), academic experience, administrative experience, publications, thesis supervised and projects.
4. The main interface of the system should enable to search people based on their research areas, should list projects on a particular area.
The interface and all application should be kept as user-friendly and simple as possible. Open source components can not be used without informing me.
Please write your expected timeline, budget and similar web-based samples. Implementation platforms and languages are not strict.
A prototype of the system should be delivered within 10 days of the agreeement and all the project should be delivered within 25 days.
