Description
We need a website for an online virtual community.
We need a website where members can post 3 minute videos of their skill and accept challenges in return from other community members. The best video will be voted by other members of the online community through a rating system entirely on the web.
Members will need to have the ability to upload, edit and view their videos before posting. The video player will need to be HD.
We will also need for the employee to design a logo for the site. We will strongly consider provider who will offer revisions and assist in resolving bugs or other technical problems after site goes live.
The primary color for the site will be purple so any creativity around that color will be welcome.
Also, note that by provider on the project, understands that we will retain all exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased through this our payment.
All files and codes related to the project will be required to be sent to us after the project is completed.
No part of the codes sent to us may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components including GPL, GNU, etc. unless agreed by us in writing.
Here budget is little bit short so I prefer that will one who will affordable for me but next project will of very good budget. Also I am in hurry so need to this project complete very soon.

Thanks to all of you for your and bid. The previous project is completed as I have posted that on elance before posting here. Now here I have new project for you. I want to complete this one in just 7 days. This project is of Active Collab Customization. We want to implement a set of customization in Active Collab. A small specification is attached. We have a lot of further customization to be developed; it is just the first set of.
