This is a very simple website and can be made in wordpress. It will have a paypal section to purchase the software via paypal. You may use something like woocommerce to do this. The software must be secure so it can not be entered into the URL and download it. Basically a temporary URL once they purchase which will be removed after lets say 24 hours or even 6 or so. I'm not 100% sure woocommerce has this option but obviously someone with more experience in it will know. If you don't know wordpress then you can make it without, its your decision. This site must be completed quickly. I need an extremely high quality design. Templates are acceptable so long as they are of high quality. If you need to purchase a template then please add the price in prior to bidding and please confirm that I will accept the design.
