I want a news website that automatically take a certain number of words and pictures the news, or RSS news they i want it.

I want the site to have 5 chapters - ( may be General, Politics, Sports, Racing and Can Can or others ) !

I want to have a website where I can change in admin for each chapter the link from where to get news!

I want to be and advertising site were i can change the ads !

I do not mind if php or wordpress or drupal or joomla, as long as I clearly stated how Reinstall site if hackers is destroyed or damaged one!
