Role Playing Community/Site

I’m looking for someone that is an experienced coder and has previous experience with creating forums or working with existing forum softwares. That being said I want someone to create a role playing game site that is unique, community based, and able to host different games created by members as a board setting with additional features. Who ever gets the job will be required to produce this working site before any payment is made. Only upon the final approval or the finished product will they get paid.
Bidders should be willing to participate as a partner in the site and will be responsible for future improvements of the site, advertising, graphic and web design, and be able to give support to members regarding any issues they may be having with their part of the site. Further details will be given to the bidder chosen to do the project and/or the bidders being taken into consideration.
Bidders should have a portfolio of their work ready to be presented at the time of their bid. First impressions are crucial and bidders will be judged upon if I think they would be good for this project and the responsibilities required. The best overall bidder of course will get the job.
Sharing of costs and profits after the initial installment and approval will be negotiable and agreed upon ahead of time.
