We want to develope a property website which will function as a sales/lettings/sharing database where both real estate agents and ordinary users can list their properties that they have available for sale or letting. The database must allow users to upload detaled descriptions as well as the function to upload and display photographs or properties.
Visitors to the site will then be able to view available properties by location, type, lowest/highest price etc.
An easy to use user interface is essential in the development of this site, as well as the requirement of being search engine friendly.
Real estate and user interface must be also easy to use.
A payment facility for real estate agents and ordinary users is also required.
Two examples of the type of site we require are 1. [login to view URL], which is the most popular property site in the UK and; 2. [login to view URL], which is the most popular property website in Ireland.
