Modify a Wordpress theme to look like Drupal theme

We are installing wordpress on our site as we want to add a blog to our website. We are currently on Drupal, but the blog on there is not suitable for what we are doing.

We are creating a news article blog in wordpress, and we have been given a current wordpress theme with plugins that works and we would like to use, but we would like it so that it looks identical to our drupal theme, therefore people clicking through links are unaware they are moving between drupal and wordpress visually.

The trouble we are having is modifying the existing wordpress css/html so that it looks like our drupal site.

If you look at the wordpress theme, we want everything from biometrics link down to the last post to fit into the main content area of our site (take out the current wordpress header, links, date, and footer, and replace them with the drupal header, footer, sidebar navigation, login) so that the wordpress theme looks identical to the drupal theme.

Would somebody beable to do this for us please.
