Looking for a developer who can build me a custom site for my Real Estate business.
It has to be able to integrate with the market leader tools. They are listing engines that present properties.
To be considered you'll have to have experience working with them or be able to make a strong case that you know how to manipulate and present them in a custom environment as an example. I imagine there is a development option to pull out iframes and hopefully stylize them with a better CSS.

The website scope will be shared, very basic functionality, but should be able to have the following in addition to market leader tools:
+ CMS (word press based theme are acceptable as long as I can edit them without coding. Need to be able to edit all content for SEO as well)
+ Easy to manage look and feel
+ Social Feed for twitter and blog
+ Ability to drop JS pixel for tracking and third party marketing tags
I am flexible on the budget for the right person
