Four-page website

We are looking for someone to create a four page website consisting of the following:
1) Front page should look similar to instagram's front page. Blue and white split down the middle (with css). Navigation will be at the top, though. It should have a picture of an iphone or android cell phone (preferably iphone) with a jquery slider fading images in as the screen. We will provide images to be used in the screen if you give us the dimensions. I want a semi-transparent box that includes a basic introductory message.
2) Features page - should outline the features for our automated messaging platform. I want no scrolling on the page whatsoever when viewed on the desktop.
3) Sign-up form. We will provide fields, but they should include:
Name, Business, Email, Billing Address, Service Address, packages to be used, and login name and password to be used. Form results will be emailed to us.
4) Contact page to include name and address of my business.
I need this done fairly quickly. Would love if it could be a wordpress theme, but it is not required.
