I have a website written in php and using a mysql backend. I need it transfered to CD-ROM so users without an internet connection can view the information. Programming should be done in VB 6 and be fully documented. Must include install package for all versions of windows. User may or may not have any type of dbms. on their machine so a text file dumped from the mysql table would probably be the best alternative. Willing to listen to other reasonable options. Please be specific.
