Develope a user control similar to VB .Nets property Grid.

You will need to understand the property grid in VB.net before you bid.

Basically, you will be passed a DisplayObject and a SettingsList as to which attributes are to be displayed. User can change values on the screen and attributes in the DisplayObject should be updated.
