Digital Print Kiosk

I need a software for digital print kiosk like :

The software can do index print, batch print, adding frame / border, adding text, writetocd capabilities, print many picture in 1 paper (Multi Print), retouch function (zoom, crop, brightness, contrast, restore color, remove red eye, adjust color, sepia), different print sizes, various type of input (discard Infrared or Bluetooth if it is difficult, I will do it myself you only have to prepare the interface)

The user interface must be very easy to use and with nice graphical.

The software should records how many print done in a range of time and how much money received ?

They divided into 4 item

1. Normal Print

2. Border Print

3. Multi size print

4. Index Print

5. Write to CD

and each item has different prices.

To operate the software they don't need to use keyboard only mouse.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The software must can run in windows environment (Especially windows 2000) in 1280*1024. resolution
