Windows CE 5.0 Socket Server C#

I need a TCP server for a Windows CE 5.0 device in C#. The server needs to start listening on request, accept incoming connection, receive incoming string and return a value to confirm the data was received.
It only needs to accept one client at a time.
Iam unsure which method to use for windows ce and this is why I need it written for me.
The rest of application code is in C# which is the reason i need it written as such.
