[url removed, login to view] Hotel-table has to columns, the first one "airline_id" is shown on home.php. this must be changed to "airline_name". this system has three categorier we put customers in; Not confirmed, Confirmed, Cancelled. It was created so that the customers had to confirm the info. We would like to change it so this can be done from admin, by simply clicking on the "confirm booking"-link. When clicked on this, the "order" is moved to the "cofirmed"-category. [url removed, login to view] "Departure Airline": remove this text/function. remember to test to see if it's possible to add a new customer/patient. This should be able without changing anything in the DB. This page should also have the posibillity to "confirm booking". This should be an easy job for someone with php and mysql knowledge. You will get access to the system and DB if required. I've attached the files mentioned above. Please note that this is an old system that I've made a few changes to, so that we can use it until something new is made. That's why I've used the "airline"-table for hotel-info.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
