business directory search API script

I need a PHP script for the following:

- To pull location information from a pre-defined search phrase.

- Need the developers help in providing me with the best business directory to use ( google, yahoo, yellowpages etc.

- The directory script will allow the user to search both US and Canada businesses.

Looking for some one who is:

-Strong with PHP / Ajax

-Understands how api calls work

-Is able to present the raw data in a user friendly format

This project will lead to another project , so I am looking for some long term commitment here.
