I have Google Analytics up and running on a Magento e-commerce store, but it's doesn't show conversions. I need to track conversion from my Google Adwords account. I have the conversion tracking code, I just need to get it dropped into the invoice screen.

Anyone out there done this before?

Should be pretty simple if you know Magento.
