Two Templates(repost)

Two web templates:

1)? A wordpress web template based upon two different sites.? [[url removed, login to view]][1]? and [[url removed, login to view]][2]

I would like a wordpress template that I can upload to one of our current sites to replace the one that we are using? now? [[url removed, login to view]][3].? I want to incorporate the exploding can on the left site of the [[url removed, login to view]][1] site but not the header.? ? I want to utilize the header from the? [[url removed, login to view]][2]? site.? Should be black in appearance with a white area to place content.? ? ? This might require a small bit of graphic work but not alot.?

I would also like the page choices to be on the top of the page rather than along the side.

2)? A basic html template for a squeeze page? for a site called advancedDebtnegotiation.? I currently dont have anything up right now & really dont have any ideas.? Maybe something like this? <[url removed, login to view]>.? I am open to suggestions.
