Oscommerce personalization

Hello,

The following is a list of things I need done:

1.)I have purchased an oscommerce template for my new site. My products are of the personalized nature so I need to add text fields to the ordering page. This will allow for pet's name and inscriptions.

There is an oscommerce patch available which would allow me to do this but unfortunately because I am using a customized template it interferes with the layout.

Ideally I would like to use this product attributes patch and integrate with my customized oscommerce.

2.) After one hits the details button you are brought to a products info page. The add to cart button has a small white line above it that I need removed.

3.) For each product info page I need "click on image to enlarge" beneath the photo and then have both that text and the photo link to a blow up. The oscommerce template that I have purchased allows a customer to click on the photo but it only allows for that same sized file to open up in another window. I need this changed in the oscommerce admin area so that I can add detailed images on my own.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
