I need coding in Java, the java speech package,? to allow speech technology to occur on a phone. I want the phone to access a website and then read the text out to [url removed, login to view] alternatively I want the phone to able to read sms, and have the abilty for the user to read what they want the phone converts this into a sms.

If this is unachievable then the phone must have both, text to speech and speech to text conversion on it in some form.
