Full-time NET (C#) and PHP eCommerce Guru Sought

Help! We’re swamped with work and looking for someone who is a website guru who can dive into our currently live eCommerce site and help us make changes to code and content and general site and server admin changes as we move to a new domain name. We will need you to be working full-time with us.

You will be working with an experienced technology executive who has run eCommerce projects for HP, AOL-TimeWarner and others so you won’t need to deal with many of the usual "dumb customer" questions. However, our prior developer was let go for not knowing his job and making a bad situation worse. There is no room here for "learning on the job" as things are already in a difficult state. You will need to be very good at what you do, be able to figure things out and ask questions when necessary on the job, and fast in completing tasks. There will be ongoing jobs for the right candidate as well as performance bonuses if things go right.

- Strong experience in .NET(C#), MS SQL, and IIS.

- PHP and MySQL experience are important as we have applications hosted on these.

- Strong in other web admin areas such as IIS configuration, DNS, SMTP, etc.

- Ecommerce experience a strong plus.

- Able to work in close communication (probably daily phone calls or emails with technical

and business personnel in the US).
