150 Vbulletin sites scrapping project focused on users

We need a good data mining / extraction expert to scrap user data from 150 Vbulletin forum websites, with a specific focus on users. (That is, we aren't trying to scrap the whole forum sites, but specifically targeted user lists, etc.)
We will provide the list of forums, and also provide you with logins for each one of them.
These sites have standard Vbulletin builds, so there is consistency in how the pages are laid out (meaning, you should only have to code once to be able to capture the data from the different sites).
You will be responsible for the scrapping, storage (can be simple MySQL), and search of the data.
We will also provide basic schematics for what the search of the data looks like.
We will start with the first highly reviewed data mining team that bids.
