magento orders missing on site

Hi,

We are having a problem with our Magento store. When someone checks out and uses paypal to pay for the order some orders are missing. The Paypal orders are emailed to the customer and store admin, but they are missing on the store.

I need someone who can work this issue quickly.

Here are steps for clarification:

1. Customer checkouts out and uses paypal to pay for purchase.

2. Paypal charges customers card.

3. Paypal sends email invoice to customer and to store admin.

Now the order should show up in Magento, but its not anywhere to be found.
