PHP code integrating with joomla, customise Akeeba subscriptions - repost

I have a very simple website at www.guard-safe.com. The login page leads to some custom php backend, (single page of forms for updating database info). I'd like this page integrated into joomla to use joomla logins and the pages to be joomla pages with joomla menus, so the backend is visible to active subscribed users via the Akeeba subscriptions extension and different pages depending on the subscription. The are a couple of tiny customizations to Akeeba to return a number on successful subscription. Akeeba subscriptions also needs to process payment via 3g direct pay (simple api available) Continued development work if successful on initial tasks.
